Yeti Dog Korean Corn Dogs – Huntsville, AL

A couple of my coworkers and I tried this place for lunch this week and we unanimously agreed that this was not it and we do not plan to return.

The gentleman taking the orders is very nice and friendly with everyone who entered the door so it was not a customer service thing for me.   Our decision was based strictly on the food.   I am not a typical hot dog person but for the last couple of years when I did eat a hot dog it was a Hebrew National hotdog.  I am not sure if the hotdogs are a blend of something, but I did not feel well shortly after completing my meal.   I opted for the half and half hotdog with the potato topping and the Kewpie Mayo. Everything worked well together (it was different).   My coworkers all opted for the beef hotdog with the Hot Cheetos topping.   One ordered Ranch and the other two ordered cheese toppings. They both stated the cheese was cold so maybe one would have to request warm cheese if that is how you prefer it.  Also, one person in our party ordered and egg…you need to be prepared to tell them how you want your egg cooked (hard or runny).  Someone also ordered a side of Kimchee which got rave reviews from the person who ordered and ate it.   Please be advised that the container for the Kimchee was small like the size of the dipping sauce small. 

They do not have online ordering, it did not appear as if you could call in the order ahead of time, nor is there a drive thru window.  The parking area is tight and so is the space in the facility.   There are a total of five tables in the entire facility.  One of the tables can seat two people and the other four can seat up to four people.  So, at any given time only 18 people can dine in.  On the day I was in there it seemed as if there was not enough people working in the back to complete the orders once they were placed because each person was told it would take 15 – 20 mins to complete their order.  

Some recommended improvements are higher quality hotdogs, more staff to help in the back, and a system that will allow the tickets to go to the back from the register would make things more efficient.
